Work in family owned Terrazzo Factory business in Egypt. I gained invaluable experience from my father's lifelong experience and skill who was awarded the coveted Italian medal for outstanding, original craftsmanship with terrazzo and wood fabrication. This gave me early exposure to excellence in working with the building materials, stone, cement, wood, furniture from stills and kinds A to Z and coal imported by the family in Dumiatte. Additionally, I began my engineering studies by training at CORC Cairo oil Refinery Company on crude oil distillation columns.

1988
Freelance agent with multiple construction material companies and finishing products. Began as a single sales representative and within one year advanced to regional agent due to successful fulfilment of sales quotas. This grew into the exportation of building materials and chemicals, epoxy, marine paints, waterproofing, terrazzo and granite products. Through this I gained valuable experience in civil, electric, and mechanical aspects of project finances.
Founder of an export company for the overseas market providing Egyptian antiques with a concentration in Morocco, which provided additional experience in direct, hands on marketing and sales in a new culture.

Founded import/export Company in Casablanca, Morocco.

This afforded me the opportunity to gain knowledge of new construction tools, aspects, and financing. Additional instruction in this market was gained regarding listing, searching, and selling access FMLS and MLS. As a building remodelling and renovator I obtained the ability to check and inspect the buildings for problems and design the solutions.
